To be eligible to apply under this category,
You have been successful as an investor and
businessperson;
You have a total of at least 3 years experience of direct
involvement in managing at least one of the DIMIA sanctioned businesses
and investments;
You must, in 1 of 5 years immediately before applying, be
involved in managing with high level of competency (A) a qualifying
business( where you or you and your spouse own 10% or more of the
equity ) or (B) eligible investments (held by you or you and your
spouse) worth A$1,500,000 or more;
You or you and your spouse jointly own assets valued at not
less than A$2,250,000 within the 2 years immediately before applying;
You must make a Designated Investment of A$1,500,000 on or
before visa decision is made on your behalf;
You speak good English and are less than 45 years when applying;
Both you and your spouse had never engaged in any business
or investment activities that are considered unacceptable in Australia;
You must fulfill/undertake to fulfill all the visa requirements
in relation to continuous business and investment commitments in Australia. |
