To be eligible to apply under this category,
You are successful a business person;
You (or you and your spouse together) beneficially own net
assets of at least A$ 200,000 in value in a qualifying business, for
at least 2 of the 4 fiscal years immediately before applying;
Your (or your and your spouse’s combined) main business,
or main businesses together, had generated an annual turnover of at
least A$500,000 for at least 2 of the 4 fiscal years immediately before
applying;
You (or you and your spouse's together ) beneficially own
lawfully acquired business and personal assets of not less than A$500,000
in value, that may be transferred to Australia within 2 years after
the grant of a Business Owner (Provisional) visa for settlement in
Australia;
You are 45 years or younger when lodging your application;
You are not involved in a business of providing professional,
technical or trade services;
Neither you nor your spouse had ever engaged in business or
investment activities that would have been considered unacceptable
in Australia;
You have lodged the prescribed application with the appropriate
regional authority of a state or territory;
You fulfill/undertake to fulfill all the requirements in relation
to business participation, investment commitments, etc, in Australia
within the prescribed timeframe; |
