To be eligible to apply under this category,
You are a successful businessperson who speaks
good English;
You have occupied, in 2 of the 4 years immediately prior to
applying, a position in the 3 highest levels of the management structure
of a major business wherein you were charged with top level managerial
responsibilities;
Your or you and your spouse's combined legally acquired business
and personal assets have a net value of at least A$500,000, to be
transferred to Australia within 2 years of visa approval and be self
supporting financially in Australia;
You have not attained 45 years of age when applying;
You and/or your spouse had never engaged in any business or
investment activities that would have been unacceptable in Australia;
You have made the prescribed notification to the appropriate
regional authority of a State or Territory;
You will fulfill/undertake to fulfill all the requirements
in relation to business participation, investment commitments, etc
in Australia within the prescribed timeframe. |
