To be eligible to apply under this category,
You must obtain a Sponsorship from the relevant
State or Territory (S/T) government authority;
You are a successful businessperson and would be self supporting
financially;
You have occupied, in 2 of the 4 years immediately before
applying, one of the 3 highest managerial positions of a major business,
wherein you were charged with the top level managerial responsibilities;
Your or you and your spouse's combined lawfully acquired
business and personal assets are valued at not less than A$250,000,
that may be transferred to Australia within 2 years of visa approval;
If your age is not less than 55 years old when applying, you
must secure S/T ‘ exceptional economic benefit’ sponsorship;
Both you and your spouse have never engaged in any business
or investment activities that would have been considered unacceptable
in Australia;
You agree to commit substantially in term of investments activities
and business participations in Australia. |
